How do you rank up?

You rank up by collecting the arrows that go to each work stations every 5 minutes. 1 arrow is 250 rank points!

Check on the rank list too see if you have enough points for that rank, if you do change your motto to include that rank ☻

You can also convert your Pay points into rank points at anytime by clicking on your profile (on this site) and under PP and RP you can convert to help get your rank up

As well as that its 250 RP and 250 PP :)
