I was confused because I don't know how to claim my rank points, I have 2000 right now but I have a feeling just like pay points, I need to have a certain amount to get a new Rank?????

Yes you do indeed need a certain amount to get ranked up. You get these rank point by recruiting and claiming your reward points, but your reward points will not be recorded onto the site until 3 days time. but in the meanwhile you have quizzes you can complete to gain points. Hope that helped :)
you can also go to utilities, then rank list to see how many rp exactly you need for your next rank.
