As National Sibling(s) Day has just passed by I wanted to dedicate this post for this special holiday/awareness day. This special day is in appreciation for those with brothers and/or sisters and your relationship with them. Now, I have two sisters who fortunately do not have that big of an age gap from me. This means that getting along is not that big of a problem as we relate to practically anything and everything. I am a middle child and I have an older sister who is two years older than me and a younger who is a year younger. We practically get along with everything; we go out shopping, do some sister bonding by eating out or ordering takeaways late night or late drive through’s in McDonalds (at about 3AM give or take), discuss and recommend make up to each other and skincare—as well as talk about boys.
I am blessed to have my sisters, they really stood up for me when I was on a rough patch and it was then when I truly understood what they meant with family will always be there, friends won’t. I am so much closer to my sisters and do go out with them most of the time because we just know each other so well and we have no problems in deciding where to eat because even our taste buds are practically the same. I may not be the best of a sister, which I never claim to be, but I do think that I have two of the best sisters in the world.
What about you? Do you have any siblings? If so, what are your relationship with them like? Comment down below your thoughts and opinions about this holiday/awareness day.
(P.S. Funny and frustrating enough, this was the second time I had to write this because I accidentally just copied the first one from word after typing, didn't save then went to start a new thread but accidentally copied the link to start of the heading images and so and realised too late that I just practically lost the content for it so had to write another quickly because it's past midnight already and I still have palcement so yeah. The frustration of needing to re-write in less details this time. FML.)
