DOI maintains a vital and forth going role within United Nations. As DOI'es, we believe in the
importance of a freely spoken opinion of the members in the agency, thus exercising our abilities
to take criticism and feedback and translate them into improvements which deem themselves
beneficial for U.N. We strive to maintain an active and friendly aura within the community by
solving issues any members might have and taking action against any weak points, which may
arise in comments, dialogue, and general aspects of the United Nations. Strategies are developed
and forward progress is initiated.
First of all I wanted to thank the people who are always there to help me.
Now let me start this with a couple of interviews from our fellow Agents.
What do you feel when you heard about Department of Improvements?
"Family's the first thing I think about when I hear 'DOI'. The unit brings
everyone closer and we're all here for each other"

"When I think of DOI I think of bridging the gap between agent and owner,
letting everyone be heard."
Nat965 said.
They are both my friends, as I said they're always ready to help someone.
How important is DOI for UN and for the agents?
"I was approached by a DOI member in the first few days of me being in UN,
asking how I was going, what I liked about it, what changes could be made.
DOI is important for UN because we are the ones who are solely focused on
improving UN for the better, nothing else. OOAs/Owners can't do it by
themselves."

How long have you been working here in UN? What can you say about UN's Speacial Units, especially about DOI?
Nathan is been working in UN off and on since July/August 2014."Special Units
gives you extra rank points for doing certain tasks, depending on what you like
doing. In DOI you have to be able to communicate with people." He said. Since
2014?! That is amazing!
Seaweedbaobao is also been working in UN since last year. "I would say that each
Special Units are successful, and they all have a story to tell behind it, Ya'll
know
like history :) The Special Units play an important role in the progress or
development of UN. DOI takes in feedbacks and construct them into
strategies.
Ideas that help improve and benefit the whole community. With DOI every voice
can be heard, regardless of your rank or where your're from." She said.
Treshky is in UN for 2 or 3 months. "For me DOI is important because it
provides for the needs of the people here in UN, especially when it comes to
the numbers we have."She said.
Tamilan - 2 years. "I think DOI is doing a great job. UN is improving day by
day." He said. Wow! Can you believe that?! He's in UN for 2 years straight.

I guess I'm in UN in a year already, but i am on
and off because of studies, we all have a
priorities in life, and that is about school or
work. But we all still have time to manage UN.
As we continue doing our job, our Agency will be
the best agency you've been. So if we work
together as one we can make UN the best Agency in
