Ever since the rebuilding of the rewards rooms, it’s been quite common for members to loose their rewards either due to scoreboard malfunctions or scoreboards being filled. To avoid that, your friendly Department of Improvements & Department of Ministry unit leaders have come up with a list of three simple things for you to take note of.
I.
Check whether ALL scoreboards have 15 names (That is the maximum number of names a room can hold). If they do, add and pm either an Owner or an OOA to resolve the situation. You may refer to the OWN and OOA badges for a list of whom you may message.
II.
If you find yourself sitting in a room with more than 14 names on the scoreboard, take a screenshot of the room as evidence that you are claiming a reward in a room without your name. The things that have been circled in the examples are what the Owners will be looking out for, so make sure you have them in your screenshot.

III.
If you find that the scoreboard has glitched, and are too late to capture evidence of it, come back to the same rewards room and be sure to take screenshots as evidence. Here is an example: http://prntscr.com/9uztms, http://prntscr.com/9uztvb. However, do remember that nothing is perfect and everything malfunctions once in a while. Scoreboards often glitch once and work fine afterward, so don’t be too disheartened if you lose a reward to the glitch in the scoreboard.

Whenever I enter one of the rooms and sit down, it says if you have done the instructions correctly you will get one reward! But I never get any points or a reward, so I was wondering what are the instructions? And how do I get my name on the scoreboard? I've also read the forums but they do not mention exactly how the reward rooms work! Regards Frankie
Oh okay. So once your name is on the scoreboard is it there as evidence you have gotten a reward. In maybe 1-2 days, an Owner will collect the board so they can add your points on the website. After that, it is 1-3 days for them to upload your points so you can rank up and earn pay!
Also, you may not be able to see the scoreboard if you are on a mobile. If you are unsure if a room is full, you can ask anyone around to find you a room with some space so you don't lose your reward!
