The Trainee Guide has now been updated to include the phrase:
" Anyone caught working with more than one account and taking advantage of our system at United Nations, will be dealt with severely, your other accounts will be deleted and you will lose any progress you've made and in some cases offenders may be fired from our agency. We have a sophisticated website capable of checking whether people have multiple accounts, if you are breaking this rule, you will be caught."
This is due to a number of issues recently with staff using more than one account and "cheating" using our points system, having one at AFK, and then working with another account, we do not allow this at UN and anyone doing so will be dealt with as mentioned above. The website records how many accounts you have made on your machine, so there's no way to get around trying to cheat the system.
